We work with adults whose mental health has been affected by adversity — migration, abuse, homelessness, poverty or exclusion — and with the people and organisations supporting them.
Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive and community-led. As a Community Interest Company, our profits and assets are legally locked to our mission.
Small groups where people with similar experiences meet, listen and support one another. Facilitated by trained peers.
